Exbonds.net is a high yield investment program which started on 12th Sep. It mainly provides medium term deposit plans. Admin bought listing on my website 10 days ago, and all withdrawal requests in the past were normal and regular. I think most investors are familiar with it, because it has the same website template and plans with Exbonds.com which was a great project before it stopped payment. I am not sure whether these two projects are operated by the same admin. Just let me introduce it first.

These are two plans Exbonds.net provides. Although we can see the claims that "Withdraw Principal at any time with 10% fee charged" in the deposit page, however, you can't find the release button in your investment details, that is to say, you can't withdraw initial deposits before maturity.

Summary
Exbonds.net website has the same template and description with Exbonds.com, admin even doesn't change anything at all, and the whole website is copy and past. In my opinion, it is not what a responsible admin should do. I hope each project has their own characteristics and templates. Of course, I also hope Exbonds.net can pay for a long time.
